What are the limits of the Free plan?
Free plan offers 3 credits per day. Each credit processes 1 page.
Single-page processing per upload — no batch upload on the free tier.

Is ChromaParse GMP-compliant?
ChromaParse provides a complete source-trace feature — clicking any
value in the Excel export jumps to the highlighted region in the
original PDF — meeting ALCOA+ data integrity principles and FDA 21 CFR
Part 11 audit trail requirements. For NMPA "Drug Records and Data
Management Requirements" (2024), local deployment is recommended.

How is my uploaded data protected?
Files are transmitted over TLS 1.3 and stored encrypted at rest with
AES-256. Uploaded PDFs and extracted data are auto-deleted after the
retention period (default 7 days, configurable). Subscription tiers
can opt out of model improvement; enterprise deployments keep all data
on-premises.
