How it works

Extract chromatography data in 3 steps

No installation, just upload PDF and export structured Excel

01

Upload PDF

Drag or select PDF reports from your chromatograph. Batch upload supported.

02

Auto-recognize

AI identifies the vendor and report format, extracts peaks and retention times.

03

Export Excel

One-click structured Excel export. Drop directly into LIMS or use for review.

04

Source-trace

Click any value in Excel to jump to the highlighted region in the original PDF.

Free test

Send your chromatogram over — free test

Drop a de-identified PDF, see if it extracts

If you're still manually transcribing peak areas, retention times, and assay results, send 1 chromatography PDF report (de-identified) and get a free Excel back to review.

Core capabilities

Built for pharma QC labs

Not just data extraction — a GMP-compliant data integrity solution

Multi-vendor PDF support

Recognize PDF reports from Waters Empower, Agilent ChemStation/OpenLab, Thermo Chromeleon, Shimadzu LabSolutions, and more. Add a new template in days, not months.

Batch processing in seconds

Process an 83-page chromatography report in 5 minutes. Drop multiple PDFs at once and let the engine queue and process them in parallel.

One-click source trace

Click any value in the Excel export to jump back to the highlighted region in the original PDF. Meets GMP audit trail and ALCOA+ data integrity requirements.

99.9% extraction accuracy

Template-based parsing with cell-level validation. Every field carries a confidence score; low-confidence cells are flagged for manual review.

Standard Excel output

Structured Excel/CSV output with peak names, retention times, areas, heights, and percentages. Drop directly into LIMS or use for review.

GMP-ready audit trail

Every action is logged with operator, timestamp, file hash, and source bbox. Audit trail aligns with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ALCOA+ principles.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is ChromaParse?
ChromaParse is a professional chromatography PDF data extraction tool. It automatically recognizes PDF reports generated by major chromatography workstations — Waters Empower, Agilent ChemStation/OpenLab, Thermo Chromeleon, Shimadzu LabSolutions — and extracts retention times, peak areas, heights, and other structured data into Excel/CSV format.
What are the limits of the Free plan?
Free plan offers 3 credits per day. Each credit processes 1 page. Single-page processing per upload — no batch upload on the free tier. Suitable for occasional use or product evaluation.
Is ChromaParse GMP-compliant?
ChromaParse provides a complete source-trace feature — clicking any value in the Excel export jumps to the highlighted region in the original PDF — meeting ALCOA+ data integrity principles and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 audit trail requirements. For NMPA "Drug Records and Data Management Requirements" (2024), local deployment is recommended.
Which chromatograph brands are supported?
Currently supported (production): - Waters Empower (2 / 3) - Agilent ChemStation, OpenLab CDS (2.x / 3.x) - Thermo Chromeleon (7.2 / 7.3) - Shimadzu LabSolutions (5.x / 6.x) In beta: Waters MassLynx, Thermo Xcalibur. Roadmap: PerkinElmer TotalChrom.
How is my uploaded data protected?
Files are transmitted over TLS 1.3 and stored encrypted at rest with AES-256. Uploaded PDFs and extracted data are auto-deleted after the retention period (default 7 days, configurable). Subscription tiers can opt out of model improvement; enterprise deployments keep all data on-premises.
