Processing speed: Subscription daily credits and emergency packs enjoy highest priority (instant processing); project packs are placed in a standard queue (notified upon completion); migration packs are processed asynchronously off-peak. Top-up packs are priced according to their processing queue.

What are the limits of the Free plan?

Free plan offers 3 credits per day. Each credit processes 1 page. Single-page processing per upload — no batch upload on the free tier. Suitable for occasional use or product evaluation.

How does the credit system work?

1 credit = 1 PDF page. Subscription credits reset daily. Unused credits do not roll over. When daily quota is exhausted, you can purchase top-up credit packs (10 / 30 / 100 page emergency packs, or 1,000 / 3,000 page project packs at lower per-page cost).

What is your refund policy?

Subscription plans can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the monthly credits have been consumed. Credit packs and project packs are non-refundable once activated. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
