1. Acceptance
By using ChromaParse (“the service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated by email.
2. Service description
ChromaParse is a web-based chromatography PDF data extraction service. It automatically recognizes PDF reports from major chromatography workstations and extracts retention times, peak areas, peak heights, and other structured data, exporting to Excel/CSV.
Important. ChromaParse is an assistive tool. Extracted results should be reviewed by a qualified person before use in formal reports. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for any specific use.
3. Accounts and credits
3.1 Registration
- You must provide truthful and accurate registration information
- One account per user
- You are responsible for the security of your password
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access
3.2 Credit rules

Credit usage: 1 credit = 1 PDF page. Credit usage is based on actual pages processed; failed extractions do not consume credits.
3.3 Paid plans
- Paid plans are billed monthly with auto-renewal
- Super: ¥99/month
- Max: ¥399/month
- Team: ¥1,999/month
- You may cancel auto-renewal in your account at any time
- After cancellation, you retain access through the end of the current paid period

4. Usage restrictions
In using ChromaParse you agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload files containing malicious code
- Make automated requests that exceed normal usage
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to crack the service
- Transfer, sell, or lend your account to third parties
- Use the service to extract content from non-chromatography PDFs
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Accuracy disclaimer
ChromaParse aims to provide high-accuracy extraction. The following may affect accuracy:
- Non-standard chromatography PDF formats
- Poor PDF quality (low resolution, blurry text)
- Anomalous layouts (e.g. cross-page table fragmentation)
- Reports with custom formats or non-standard fields
Users are responsible for reasonable verification of results. ChromaParse is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of extracted results.
6. Intellectual property
- ChromaParse software, site content, and brand assets are owned by ChromaParse
- Uploaded PDFs and extracted results belong to you
- We do not claim any IP rights to your data
- Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service
7. Refund policy
- Free tier: not applicable
- Paid subscriptions: full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of monthly credits have been consumed
- Top-up packs: non-refundable once activated

8. Service availability
- We target >99% availability
- Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance
- Force majeure does not constitute breach
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service at any specific moment
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any losses arising from use or inability to use the service
- Our total liability does not exceed amounts you paid for the service in the prior 12 months
- These terms do not affect statutory rights provided by consumer protection law
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, by the people’s court with jurisdiction at ChromaParse’s place of business.
