What “Certified / Beta / Roadmap” means
- Certified — both auto-detection and field mapping pass our IQ/OQ/PQ validation pack and can be used directly in GMP-regulated environments
- Beta — core parsing works, but some method/detector combinations are still being refined against real-world samples
- Roadmap — at least one customer has requested it; on the development list, no ETA. Talk to sales to accelerate
Custom / private templates
If your report is an internally-customised layout (Empower custom report templates, OpenLab custom method templates, etc.), there are two routes:
- Public library extension — if the template has value for other customers, we adapt it as part of the public library and all customers benefit
- Private library — the template is visible only inside your deployment, IP-isolated, contractually defined

- Trial account: upload in “New job”; if the system shows “Unrecognised layout”, click “Request adaptation”. Typical turnaround is 1–3 business days
- Enterprise account: routed through your private library adaptation flow, SLA defined in contract
